Looking to workout but not a fan of the gym?

If you have a goal to improve fitness, tone up, or relieve stress, POUNDFIT® is the perfect place to start your fitness journey.

We’d like to invite you to try our most exciting new workout class that will get you moving and most importantly…have fun!


POUNDFIT® is a full-body cardio jam session combining light resistance with constant simulative drumming. Fusing cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses all in a 30 minute session, this workout burns 600-900 cal/hour while rocking to your favorite music!

You’ll need an exercise mat and some water – no co-ordination BUT an appreciation of music exercise and feel good after the class!

Valid in February at any of the session below. . Your first class is FREE!
